The Space:

A Wave From It All is an incredible three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome located in the stunning Lost Key Golf & Beach Club. You and your loved ones will immediately fall in love with the lovely coastal lake views, beautiful décor, elegant hardwood flooring, and truly 'at home,' welcoming ambiance presented throughout.



With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, along with one set of full-size bunks in the additional guest bedroom, and a queen sofa bed downstairs.



A Wave From It All accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With plenty of room to spread out, this inviting townhome is perfect for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with your closest friends or any occasion between.



Upon entering this gorgeous townhome, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, leading to the dining area and living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tasteful décor, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation.



The dining table seats up to eight guests comfortably and there are four additional bar chairs by the kitchen breakfast bar, ideal for a nice meal and good conversation.



Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and décor with pops of blue and grey. The living room includes a large flat-screen television and DVD player combination as well, so cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or simply exploring all that Perdido Key has to offer.



Step out onto the spacious, private patio to take in the incredible scenic views of the coastal lake. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!

Awesome New Place, Quiet w/All Amenities!

Convenient beach access and close to all local restaurants. Clean, quiet with easy check in and check out. Gated community with quick access. Condo had everything we needed to feel at home, with spacious living room, kitchen, and bedrooms/baths. Washer/Dryer were great for the family, along with accessible internet and TV streaming services.

Nice,clean and enjoyed being able to eat at the beach club! Only thing is that the thermostat was set on 72 and wouldn’t go lower. Got hot at night.

Great place to stay

Very cute place to stay. Important to note it is a 3 level home; ground level is garage and front door area, second story is living room, half bath, and kitchen, third level is 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was a musty odor at front door and garage, possibly normal but I'm not sure. The grill utensils weren't cleaned from previous tenants and water filter on fridge was long overdue for changing. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.

My stay

Trying to locate the check in booth was difficult, we arrived late night. Since we hadn't been there before it was jut hard to find the "Blue Box" in the dark. We arrived on Sunday evening and Monday night when we went to do laundry we found the dryer full of damp sheets and towels from a previous stay. We were wondering why there were so few bath towels.

Beautiful

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a quiet neighborhood and very well manicured. The garage was a plus we have a truck and it fit with plenty of room to get in and out. They offer a shuttle to the beach, which was very nice. We drove to the beach everyday, which wasn't far if you wanted to walk, but we had chairs and bags to drag along. The gym on site was quite nice and the pool area was great as well. I really have nothing bad to say of our experience here, except we brought our coffee maker from home. They have a Keurig and a 4 cup coffee maker, which is fine, but we really like coffee so we would've had to brew like 4 pots. Overall fantastic place and we will book here again. Side note, there are two steep flights of stairs, no big deal for us and 4 teenagers, but I just wanted to put that out there.

Perdido has the key to our hearts.

The townhouse was beautiful and had all of the amenities of home. The location to the beach was perfect and having access to the Beach Club and private beach was an added bonus. However, the rules of the Beach Club were not listed when we booked our trip. In the listing of the home it said you would have 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. This is somewhat true. It is based on a first come status. So if you don’t arrive at the beach by 10:15am you will not have an umbrella. The other issue we had was, you are not allowed to bring a cooler to the private beach (no outside food or drinks). They have servers on the beach, so you can order food and beverage from them. This is a nice convenience, but the details should have been included on the website. They have a shuttle service that runs between the townhomes and the beach club. While we were there, the shuttle was out of service for a day and a half. We had our own car, which we took to the beach daily. There was one day our teens wanted to come later and they waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle and then ended up walking the 1.5 miles to the beach. It would be helpful to have a way to communicate these details to the guest. Other than these few issues, our vacation was fabulous. Perdido Key is a great, quiet area. The beach is not crowded at all. The chose of restaurants are great as well. We would definitely choose it again.

Great Stay and Great Service

Our stay was everything we could have asked for and more. The house was very nice and well maintained and the amenities within Lost Key were great! The Beach Club was very convenient and easy to park at and the neighborhood pool was a quick walk and very enjoyable, especially for the kids. They owners and staff went above and beyond to provide us a comfortable trip and ensure our needs were met. Would definitely stay again!
