The Space:

this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B420 is decorated with warm tones of greens and reds and offers many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a quaint dining nook with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, twin bunk beds, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ornate headboard, private bath, TV mounted on the wall, DVD player, and a spacious closet.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
