The Space:

The stunning white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast is right outside your door at this Gulf Shores corner unit on the top floor, with a spectacular views. This is a beachfront retreat with a small private balcony, incredible views of the emerald water, and unbeatable community amenities including an indoor pool, sauna, six outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and one indoor hot tub



This corner condo is on the eighth floor of Plantation Dunes at Gulf Shores Plantation, a lovely beachfront community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. It's just a few steps from the sugar-sand beach (with seasonal beach service), multiple outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, a sauna, and a picnic area with a shared gas grill. You'll also enjoy easy access to the gorgeous fairways at Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

Cozy & comfy. This condo has everything I need to relax and enjoy a weekend away. Fully stocked kitchen, balcony just right for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and then just melt into the bed at the end of the day.

We love this condo!

We have stayed at this property before and this is our favorite condo! The beach view is very important to us. This one is right on the front of the building so the view is amazing! It is a studio and there were 2 of us so the size was just right. We will definitely stay here again!

Great quick getaway!

This place was perfect for a weekend away! We loved the building and that there was a great restaurant on site and another right next door at Kiva Dunes! The porch may be small but we loved how we weren’t in the sun and still had a great breeze! Would definitely come back!

Great stay!

Short walk to beach/pool. Can get chair rentals on the beach for $30 a day (cheaper if you book multiple days). Room was very clean and well stocked. Love the view! It is about 15 minutes from town, but that was fine with us!

My daughter and I wanted a trip to the beach. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was a very clean unit. It was well stocked. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fall Getaway

Property is nice and well maintained. You have the beach and the pool and other amenities readily available but without all of the typical commercial side (Tshirt shops etc.)of a typical beach town. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few miles away but worth the drive to enjoy the peaceful environment.

Nice place, great view!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views are amazing. The room was a little smaller than I had it pictured but fine for just the two of us. This room is the farthest from the elevator (~125 steps) but not too bad. The beach is beautiful. I would highly recommend for a couple.

Very nice with easy access to the beach. The only negative is that the ac unit didn’t seem to cool as well as we like it. Found a box fan in the closet that was a lifesaver for nighttime.

Great beach rental

This rental is exactly as described. It is small but fine for 2 people. The beach view and access to the beach were wonderful. We had a great experience. The only thing I would say was lacking was closet space, but that is completely manageable. I would have also liked the stocking of trash bags and toilet paper to have been a little more plentiful (1 trash bag & 2 rolls of tp for 5 days), however that is a very minor issue. Overall a great experience!

Couple's getaway

Great place for a couple's getaway as long as you don't need much space. Nice ocean views from multiple windows, which was novel to us. Balcony is juuust big enough for two chairs... Our only criticism is the place has a bit of a funky smell to it that is hard to describe: a little musty, a little sharp. We actually bought a plug-in air freshener to knock the edge off... Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views and comfy studio

This was a wonderful day trip for us. With it being early March we knew it would be too cool for much beach activity-but the view was so beautiful. It’s an older building, but they have done good with updates. The owner of this unit has really done a great job in its renovation. The bed wasn’t wonderful, but it wasn’t horrible as many reviews stated. The staff at The Sassy Bass restaurant was a little less than friendly, but was very easy access for a quick bite. We would definitely stay again.
