Easy access to beach and many of the restaurants. We were there on a weekend trip and the elevator was down most of the time. Dated decor but value for the price of the rental.

Great location

Walking distance to multiple restaurants, including The Hangout. Right on the beach. I’d stay here again.

Brett was very responsive with any questions I had. Unit could use updating(refrigerator & Dishwasher) You can tell it is an older hotel.Bed was comfortable.

Family Getaway

My Daughter, MIL, Niece & myself drove in LATE Sunday night. The checkin is so simple, the place is amazing I love the Balcony that overloooks the water. It was an AWESOME and Relaxing Vacation.

Excellent place to stay

Room was clean and had everything you need. The view from balcony was awesome. Friendly staff. Walking distance to food, shopping, and the hangout. Beach was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Older condo but immaculate! Location was great, but if you’re looking for a quiet place you need to go farther away from the public beach. I knew what I was getting and was completely satisfied.

The property was clean. There are only 2 elevators. There were people stuck in one when we arrived and the fire department was there. That elevator stayed shut down the rest of our trip. Could not get in touch with the front desk. People from the beach were coming in to the very small pool. The room code to get in our room was rest before our check out time which could have been bad.

Excellent Location, Comfy Beds!

The stay was great! Pros: you have the option to stay 1 night which is exactly what I needed for work. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the view was great. The pool is also clean and the security is on point! Cons: they decided to weed eat and blow the sand at 8am in the morning when I was trying to drink coffee and watch the view. Its not much but when you're just waking up and relaxing, a leaf blower is super loud. I know theres no "perfect time" to do that though. Also, the bunk beds were missing blankets so my advice, bring a blanket to cover up with just in case!

The pool was filled w sand and overcrowded. There should be a disclosure that if you’re in the pool you’re basically at the back door of the pink pony. There is no privacy or relaxation. Also the condo is very old, I would have chosen somewhere newer for the money. One night the people next to us had their music blaring so loud we couldn’t even sit on our balcony. We had to call on them two times and it was taken care of. We just didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t recommend nor book here again.

Cons * Long wait for the elevators (The hotel has 9 floors, and we visited on a busy, crowded weekend.) * Decor is a little dated * Sleeping on the pull out mattress wasn't very comfortable for me. Perhaps they could provide a foam topper or extra cushion. Pros *Great location, just a few steps away from the shore *Perfect lay-out for our family of 3 adults and 2 small kids *Lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance *Fully stocked kitchen for extended stays *Friendly, helpful staff *The office has several board games to borrow *Unit was clean upon entry and looked exactly as advertised in the picture *Plenty of options for catching up on tv shows or movies - Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Was apprehensive about staying during spring break but the experience was wonderful. Location was simply unbelievable!. We walked everywhere and our unit was great for the most part. Unit was clean but had some wear. For the price it was very adequate. Trouble with the elevators most of the time but we have gone to to different beaches for years and its part of going to a condo. The area next to the park is made for walking and exercise and was very well kept. Would definetely return!
