The property was pristine and easy to get into. The hottub was GREAT after a long day on the beach. Close enough to everything, but very private and quiet- exactly as we wanted. The beach is mearly downstairs! We were parked 2ft from it!! 10/10 will book again for our snowbird escapes!

Close to the beach the condo was comfortable but I would throw away those filthy rugs in the living room and dining room also the rusty towel holder in the bathroom also would have liked to have a note book on the things you should know like how to work thermostat where to garbage and specifics about the area

Nice location to the beach and shops and restaurants

The place was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and well stocked. Close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The unit was clean upon entering. It was much smaller than I anticipated. It worked out for me because I was staying by myself however, if there were other guests, it would have been very tight. There was no direct ocean or beach view as I anticipated. There was no elevator so carrying everything up and down the stairs was challenging. I would seek another location next time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was lovely! Everything was close by! The pics were all true to the listing! The only complaint I have is I asked the host prior if our condo faced the beachside and they said yes indeed, but it did not, but the building was in fact beachside! It was facing the street but it was not bad still very short walk right to the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Our room was on the second floor but we had two client three flights of stairs to get to it and I have a bad knee. Hot tub and pool are downstairs attached to the other building and is very small and always full. We did not get to use hot tub or pool at all due to so many people adults and children inside of it. Also the parking lot flooded we had to walk through more than your ankle high water to get to the staircase or get to your car when it rains. Also there is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling going into the vent.

Great location right on the beach. Very convenient to restaurants and activities in Gulf Shores.

We were three adults. The location is very good and the accommodations very comfortable. A half a block from a great shrimp take-out place. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Perfect stay for our mini getaway

My daughter had a competition in nearby Mobile, AL we decided to make it a beach getaway vacation. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We had easy access to the beach and it was perfect for our budget. The owners were easy to contact and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you for our wonderful stay! -The Calvin Family

We did NOT stay!!!! We walked in and walked straight back out! The listing said it was beachfront and it is definitely not! It looked like a dungeon, it was so dark…tried to open blinds but they would not open. This listing is not accurate at all!!!! You have to walk out the door around a corner down the side and around the corner to see the ocean! The backside of the property! We didn’t even stay and reported it immediately and they refuse to refund our money…after they said they changed the listing due to it not being correct. Isn’t that false advertising…don’t waste your time or money people!

The location was great but the condo was not everything I expected based on other reviews. The place appeared clean however there were stains on the bedspreads and black spots on the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen. There are closets but not one hanger in the place. There was no place to hang towels, bathing suit or beach towels to dry. The kitchen supplies were limited, for example there were only four forks. Somewhere it mentions not to bring outside deck furniture on the beach which is completely understandable but there is no deck furniture. It was okay for our weekend trip but I would have been very frustrated if I was staying a week.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect condo for a family getaway. We had plenty of room for a family of four and it was literally steps away from the beach. We have stayed in other units in the gulf shores and this one has been the closest yet. Our only complaint was the unit could use some curtains to block out the pool lights at night since the unit faces the pool. Overall, great time!

Everything over all was very lovely. The only concern was there was sands in the beds when we arrived, a shelf in the pantry was not very sturdy which seemed useless. But over all the place was nice and me and my family enjoyed it and had a great experience

There were disturbingly noisy neighbors on the adjoining property that were vibrating our walls and volume such that I could not hear the tv. Called for management assistance 3 times to no avail. Asked for phone follow-up and received none. The parking area had 3 inches of water following a rain which had my shoes and feet soaked on pack out day. The unit was clean on arrival but that is about all the positive I can mention. Otherwise a 1 star would have been appropriate. Try another location and save this one for a last resort.

Decent property, misleading description

While the building itself is on the beach, this unit is not and has no Gulf view. You can walk around the deck for a view, but it feels like you are in another tenant’s space when you do as the actual beachside units have sliding doors that look out. Unit was clean but felt dingy due to being outdated. All communications are automated by a management company, so while they were decently informative, good luck getting a response if you do have a question.

Overall wasnt bad . The appliances are outdated and the floors were not clean at all . You could not even walk across the floor without shoes on there was so much sand on the floors . The beds were nice and clean and the bathroom was clean.
