The Space:

Gulfside Townhomes #7 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. This lovely condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children or teens.

The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to fix a tasty dinner including granite countertops and stainless appliances. The downstairs has ceramic tile while the bedrooms, which are both upstairs have carpet. The master bedroom offers a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the waves and pelicans. Off the living area, there is an additional balcony that is gives the opportunity for watching beautiful sunsets while relaxing after a busy day in the sun and sand. Take a dip in the complex pool or just relax in the lounge chairs and work on your tan.

Never do reviews but sure we are. Building has 2 floors, no gym and it’s not the corner condo so the entire description is inaccurate. I can deal with the cosmetic stuff like no trim on the stairs and sunken, mushy and stained snap flooring and cheap utensils since it was a cheaper booking but after the entire listing being inaccurate, the communication was non-existent on the end of the property management. I also stopped stripping the primary bed when I saw how absolutely disgusting the mattress was.

This property is not on the 13th floor. There is no 13th floor. If you look at the picture you can tell it’s not on the 13th floor as listed, but this needs to be corrected. We were not given the unit number in the email and had to call to find out. We had to wait awhile for someone to answer the phone. When she sis she was very courteous and helpful. She stayed on the phone to make sure we got into the condo. Overall a good stay. The unit was clean. The view was good.

Condo was decent but had problems and received no help until last full day. Arrived with no parking passes. Had to track those down. Toilet upstairs didn’t flush well- never got fixed. Asked for sheets for the pull out as soon as we arrived on Monday and didn’t get them until the night before. Had to go buy blankets because there was zero and had to buy one to sleep on. No baking pans at all for the oven. Oven on counter didn’t work. I requested money back. She offered to pay for a meal. Still haven’t received the meal reimbursement or blanket reimbursement that she told me I would get. Reached out today and no answer. Disappointed and will not stay again in this unit. The property it self was nice.
