This 40 m² centrally located vacation apartment with a view of the sea is on the first floor of Villa Seeadler. It offers plenty of space for up to 2 people to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on Rügen. The living room is the heart of this modern vacation apartment and features a cozy couch, a dining area, an electric fireplace, and access to the terrace. From here, you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea. The separate, interior kitchen is fully equipped. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed that ensures a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. We provide free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage for your car.

Villa Seeadler is located in the modern Baltic Sea resort of Binz, right next to the beach. The ground-floor vacation apartment offers 40 m² of space for up to 2 people. From the terrace, you can see the shimmering blue Baltic Sea.

The beautiful promenade and the adjacent beach are particularly popular with our visitors. In addition to the historic Binz Kurhaus—with its distinctive red roof, built as early as 1906—the 370-meter-long pier is an absolute must-see for visitors. From there, you can take part in the highly popular boat tours around the chalk coast. In addition to the beach and the Baltic Sea, there are many interesting shopping options nearby that have something to offer for young and old alike. Of course, the culinary scene is not to be missed either. The Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars with something to suit every taste. Stroll through the streets of the resort and admire the restored seaside villas, which shine in new splendor.

Eine saubere kleine und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen. Kleine Küche mit den wichtigsten Untensilien (sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden). Das Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und der Eingang befindet sich unweit vom Bett aber man kann auch die Tür über die Terrasse nutzen, so dass dies kein Problem ist. Insgesamt waren wir positiv überrascht. Besonders schön im Winter ist der kleine Kamin (Attrappe) . Das hat eine schöne Atmosphäre geschaffen.
