With an open, airy layout and a spacious backyard, the home provides an ideal balance of style and functionality whether you’re gathering indoors or enjoying time outside. High-speed WiFi and modern conveniences ensure a seamless stay from arrival to departure!
The Space:
This contemporary, one-story residence is tucked away at the end of a quiet street and features a covered patio and generous outdoor space.
Inviting living area with a 55” Smart TV
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals
Four comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and plush 12” memory foam mattresses
Primary suite with king bed, private bath, and walk-in closet
Two additional queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds
Families traveling with young children will appreciate the available pack-and-play, toys, and books. Street parking is available with ample room for a boat or personal watercraft.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the home, including the garage and a washer and dryer are available for long-term stays!
During your visit, you’ll also have access to:
A private boat launch
Seven private neighborhood parks with playgrounds
Two nearby pools (seasonal, June–September)
A city pool with splash features (entry fee applies)
A private pool located lakeside, available to guests
