Located at one of the most desirable location in Destin right behind the most famous restaurant The Back Porch! This spacious 1850 sq ft luxurious condo is newly updated and have full ocean views! The Sterling shores complex is one of the most well maintained resort in all of Destin. You and your family can walk to the private beach access at the sterling shores in 5 minutes. The complex also features two different pools, club access, hot tub, fitness center and grills.
This spacious luxurious newly renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom (one bedroom and one bathroom is a lockout) is perfect for a big family or a couple of families. The master balcony suite features a king size bed with ocean views, large closet, TV and a private bathroom with oversized shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom plus TV. The third bedroom can be a lockout has 3 bunk beds with twin bed, twin pullout.
The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a 75 inch flat screen smart TV.
The large balcony offers lounge chairs, Table and chairs and sofa chair allow you to watch the ocean, sunset, and relax!
The full size kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookwares to make your stay feel right at home.
Parking Notes: Sterling shores does not require parking passes. Parking is open and no specific spaces are assigned to each unit. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property.
