The thatched-roof semi-detached homes are located in the traffic-calmed Mariannenweg vacation park in the Tarnewitz neighborhood. The park borders a beautiful nature reserve with wonderful hiking trails. All guests of the vacation village have access to a fenced-in children’s playground, a volleyball court, and a parking lot. Access to the quiet vacation resort is via a gate and is permitted only for loading and unloading. After unloading your luggage, park your car free of charge in the outdoor parking space reserved for you. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, with excellent swimming conditions, is just 350 meters away. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The climbing park in the coastal protection forest is also just a short walk away. Make your dream vacation a reality with a stay in the 4-room thatched-roof house “Schatzkiste.” The spacious 103 square meters of living area offers a luxurious sense of space for up to 6 people. The living-dining area is equipped with modern entertainment electronics. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A sunny terrace with an electric grill and access to the garden invites you to relax. Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an infrared sauna are also available. You can also use the washing machine free of charge. A security deposit is required prior to arrival. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, a travel crib, and a handcart. Guests with dogs are welcome in this vacation home. Please note that this is a smoke-free home. In the thatched-roof area, barbecuing with charcoal (due to flying sparks) and the use of fireworks are prohibited.

The “Schatzkiste,” a 4-room thatched-roof semi-detached house, welcomes you with 103 square meters of living space spread across three floors. The well-thought-out floor plan allows for occupancy by up to six people. Modernly furnished, the stylish living-dining area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa set, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, etc. The living area also features a TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi access. From the living room, you can access a south/west-facing terrace surrounded by shrubs and furnished seasonally. An electric grill is also available in the attached garden shed. Additionally, there is a spacious, natural-light shower room on the first floor of the house. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a closet, and a TV. The highlight of this level is the very spacious bathroom with a bathtub, an infrared sauna, and access to a washing machine. The second floor offers another bedroom with two single beds, a closet, and a TV. You’ll find another cozy spot to relax in the hallway area.

For families, the property is ideally equipped with a travel crib, a high chair, and a handcart. It’s worth noting that guests with dogs (for a fee) are warmly welcome in this non-smoking residence. A free outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle in the parking lot. Additional parking spaces are available for a fee at the public parking lot on Mariannenweg. Please note that the vacation resort consists exclusively of thatched-roof houses, so barbecuing with charcoal is prohibited. The use of fireworks is also prohibited for safety reasons. You’ll be spending your vacation just about 350 meters from the ocean. The beach is supervised by the DLRG during the season and offers excellent swimming conditions.
