Pet-Friendly Property – Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our home! Please note the following pet guidelines:
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $49 per day per pet applies for up to 2 pets per reservation.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Exceptions: If you plan to bring more than 2 pets, please reach out to us in advance. We’re happy to review on a case-by-case basis and may be able to accommodate with prior approval.
Dogs must be crated if left alone.
Keep your dogs leashed for safety, your in the mountains and wildlife is abundant in the area.
Clean up after your pets to help keep the yard and property enjoyable for everyone.
Paws off the furniture, Bring your pets bed or blanket to help keep our furniture fur free.

WILDLIFE NOTICE
Bears may be seen — store food safely, lock car doors, and remain alert when outdoors there are a few bears in the area that come around every so often, PLEASE be aware of your surroundings. Please also make sure to lock your vehicles as bears can open car doors.

No dogs allowed on the furniture or pool area

Please read the house rules carefully, the pool is heated between 78-83 degrees year round and there is a $300 fee for tampering with the pool settings. This is to protect the guests from hurting themselves or damaging the pool systems.

Children under 18 must be supervised at all times by hot tub and pool area.

All guests must sign a rental agreement for use of the property.

The roads to the cabin are very easy, but the driveway is steep. We recommend 4WD during chances of ice or snow.

Please note - This property is located in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control, but do want guests to be aware that bugs may show up.
