"DREAMY DOG STAYS" Romar House 701B is owned and managed by Terrys Vacation Rentals, where every stay is a 5-star experience. We specialize in family-friendly beach vacations and go the extra mile to help you make lifelong memories with your family.
Enjoy all the comforts of home at "DREAMY DOG STAYS" Romar House 701B, including your dog! That's right this unit is DOG FRIENDLY!!! One dog is included with a reservation as long as you have checked the box that says you are traveling with a pet. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 plus tax fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd dog so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made. Anyone bringing a dog must adhere to the following rules:
• Dogs can not be left unattended on the balcony.
• No aggressive dogs are allowed
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.
• FYI Orange Beach does not allow dogs on the beach.
Paradise awaits you at "DREAMY DOG STAYS" Romar House 701B!! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom East corner unit, 1683 sq.ft. condo is located on the 7th floor. The oversized beachfront balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and is accessed from the living room and primary bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or have an evening cocktail while you watch the sunset.
The living area has abundant seating for enjoying the large flat-screen TV or simply taking in the view. The dining room is complemented by a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, upgraded appliances, and a peninsula bar with additional seating.
The primary suite is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a plush king bed, luxurious linens, and private balcony access. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and ample counter space for a spa-like experience.
One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed, ceiling fan, vanity and wall mounted smart TV, the other guest bedroom has a queen bed and a separate twin bed, ceiling fan, vanity and wall mounted smart TV. A second full bathroom and additional vanity/sink combos in the guest bedrooms ensure comfort for everyone. One of the guest bedrooms has it's own oversized East facing private balcony that offers a breathtaking view as well. This balcony is only accessed through the guest room.
Romar House offers an exclusive and secure vacation experience in its gated complex, beautifully situated in Orange Beach. Guests can choose between two outdoor pools for a refreshing swim or leisurely lounging under the sun. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.
Extended Stay Discounts Available!
Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts on reservations that are booking 28 nights or more in November, December, January and February! The discount will automatically apply itself once your dates are selected. Contact Terrys Vacation Rentals with any questions, I am happy to help!
Please Note:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo! Smoking is only allowed on the unit balcony and in designated smoking areas throughout the complex
3. Dog Friendly- One dog is included with a reservation. A 2nd dog can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd dog so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made.
4. parties or gatherings will not be allowed.
Other things to note:
1. In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.
2. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
3. A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
4. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.
5. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.
Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
As stated above this is a new listing. I recently purchased this unit and will be doing a remodel soon. The pics in the listing are accurate now but the unit may be different once you arrive. I will be switching out the living room furniture to have a leather sleeper sofa and 4 leather rocker recliners, I am taking out the tub/shower combo in the en-suite bathroom and tiling a walk in shower, the wall paper in both bathrooms is coming out, all the bedrooms and bathrooms will be painted, new vanities will be installed in both bathrooms and guest bedrooms, new countertops will be installed throughout the unit, new ceiling fans with lights will be installed and bigger Smart TV's will be installed in all bedrooms and living room.
