The property was beautiful! It had everything and it was in fabulous condition. We had terrible weather so we were thankful for the spacious, well-appointed house to spread out in. Claudia was a fabulous host, very responsive, friendly and informative. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or host!

We’ve been visiting Chincoteague for years, 15 years for me and 30 for my husband and his family. This was the cleanest, best stocked and convenient house we’ve ever rented! The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. They were great communicators when we had questions come up. The checkout process was simple and reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. We loved our visit. Thank you!

You can’t beat the views (sunsets and sunrises) overlooking the bay side and channel. The house has everything you need, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Our group of 10 friends celebrated my birthday (and the World Cup) in style. We arranged for a eco-tour by boat and by kayak. Travelled into both parks and did lots of birdwatching.

Wonderful House

This was the perfect base for our multi generation group. The views were amazing and the location convenient to town but also close to biking trails.we can’t wait to return

Lovely Summer Home

We had a wonderful time staying at Moorings North. We we’re a group of 10 and everyone had space to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for cooking large meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Executive Offsite!

My company rented this property for an Executive Offsite and it was perfect. The layout was great with several distinct suites, there were a number of indoor and outdoor areas to collaborate, and the house was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Wonderful property and hosts - Highly Recommend - 10/10!

Amazing property

This property was spectacular. Perfect for our adult friend group as it has multiple on suites. Beautiful sunsets and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Owners are gracious to share fishing poles, bikes, water toys etc. One of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed. We will be back!

A Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect, the deck, the well equipped kitchen, the whole living space, the bedrooms... we enjoyed all the things we did, the friendship we have, and a respite from every day worries. It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway for 6 women.. the first time in over 6 years!

Beautiful House

Beautiful house with a very responsive owner in a good location in Chincoteague. Bedrooms are comfortable and the deck is the perfect location to view the nightly sunset. You can walk to the best ice cream shop in the area.

Great house for friends reunion
