THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels.

Our stay here for our daughter's wedding was wonderful. The front of the home faces the ocean and you can see if from the dining room, master bedroom, and rooftop patio. The backyard space was wonderful for morning coffee and late nights in the hot tub. Our grandson enjoyed the pool as well! Highly recommend this if looking for a larger home in San Diego/La Jolla area.
