Feel like you're on vacation all of the time. Enjoy the lake view in the woods and water garden. Open floor plan with full size bed. Convenient mirrored closet in sleeping area. Kitchenette with bar stools and table also has a cooktop/hotplate, microwave, Toaster Oven and drip Coffee Maker. You'll be in a peaceful neighborhood. It's centrally located to everything. 2.1 miles to Safety Harbor and 8.4 miles to Clearwater Beach. It is also minutes away from city parks, walking trails, biking trails and the mall. Control the heat or A/C by remote. The work area with desk has WiFi, a loveseat, smart tv. and private bathroom. Washer and dryer on premise, driveway parking as well. "To make sure everything is clear and comfortable for your stay and to comply with local guidelines, guests will be asked to review and sign a brief rental agreement upon arrival." 31-90 night stays only. Identity verification as well. For identity verification purposes the primary guest must provide a government issued photo ID that matches the name on the booking prior to check-in.

Strictly for 1 guest only. No extra guests allowed. Parking for 1 passenger vehicle only. No room for large commercial trucks. Pickup trucks and vans are okay. Please adhere to our NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking outside is permitted. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the fact that I am highly allergic.

If you need to have mail delivered you must have your own PO Box. Amazon deliveries and food deliveries are okay.

This is not a party house. If you plan on drinking excessively this may not be the house for you. If you like listening to music outside at night, please use earbuds. It's a peaceful neighborhood and we need to have respect for the neighbors.

Other things to note
If you need to rent a car there is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car within walking distance.

The Heat/Air System has a temperature control for heat and cool air. Use the handy remote control to select the heat or the cool option. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to ask me for assistance.

You can use my washer and dryer anytime. It's free to use and in the back sun room of the main house.

Supermarkets such as Publix, Aldi, and Sprouts Farmers Market for healthy groceries are also minutes away.

Walmart Supercenter is open until 11pm and is 4 minutes away by car.
