As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Our stay at Ancora by Avantstay was excellent! We were in San Diego for a conference. The accommodations were just as described, clean, safe. Walking distance to everything, transport very accessible as well! There was a grocery store (Ralphs downtown) we found, not too far away too. Sunsets from the rooftop pool, outdoor grill, deck was also awesome, sadly only open til 10pm at night.In unit kitchen, laundry, dishwasher was also so convenient. The only trouble we had was getting kitchen sink water hot, I would stay here again if heading back to San Diego!
