Escapada de Darling. Pasos de todo lo que necesita un refugio de playa. Cerca de agua, tiendas y restaurantes de casual a bien. Esta casa cuenta con techos abovedados y no sólo se ve amplias, pero en realidad es.

Deliciosamente decorada para inspirar sol y diversión surf. Cocina listo para comidas deliciosas, pequeña terraza compartida para las mañanas de café serenos. Todo lo que usted esperaría de una estancia de hotel en un barrio pintoresco de un paseo de puestas de sol. Artículos de playa, juegos, televisión inteligente. Cerca de las autopistas y las atracciones locales.

Este dormitorio está situado en el corazón de la playa del océano. Esta unidad es una de las cuatro en el complejo. Las otras unidades están ocupadas por el año inquilinos que han llegado a apreciar y disfrutar de la tranquila comunidad que han creado.

Ocean Beach es una comunidad hermosa playa donde los turistas han estado viniendo a por años. Aparcar el coche y caminar a todo lo que necesita. Newport Avenue es nuestra calle principal y cuenta con excelentes restaurantes, bares suceden y excelentes oportunidades de antigüedades.

Great property and owner. So close to everything you want in a getaway to OB. Our dog loved minute of his stay near dog beach. Katrina is an awesome host. She happened to be at the property when we got there and even helped us bring our bags in. Thank you, Katrina

Property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Walked everywhere even to 8am Mass at Sacred Heart on Sunday. Had all the beach things for our use, even a backpack cooler.

This is a fantastic location. It's a block from the beach. We had what we needed to enjoy time at the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas). The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was as described, and we didn't have any difficulty accessing what we needed. My only complaint was that it was unseasonably warm in San Diego, and the main bedroom doesn't have a separate AC unit. This likely isn't a problem often, but it was pretty warm in there. We used the fan provided to blow cool air in, and that helped. It was never significantly uncomfortable.

Wow, what a great week at the beach! Katrina is an excellent host. If you're looking for a turnkey rental property, this is it. Just bring your clothes and your toiletries, everything else is provided. From paper products, towels, hair and skin products to beach gear it's all waiting for you at this cottage. And quality products, not the inexpensive brands. We can't wait to spend another vacation at the cottage!

Perfect Getaway Spot

Super cute apartment! The location was literally a straight shot to the beach, stocked with everything, all you need is your clothes and food. Check in instructions and property rules are clear and easy. We didn't bring our pups on this trip but we certainly will bring them on our next trip. We met other guests who shared they are frequent renters and EVERY stay they've had at this property is fabulous. We will definitely be back to this property!

What a hidden gem!!!!

This places is the cutest cottage(s) EVER! Just one block from the beach and you’ll find everything you need for a day at the beach on the property! Extremely easy to get to AND has a parking garage per unit! We parked our car and Uber’d everywhere. Parking is a nightmare which sets this property apart from many others. Everything is 15 mins away from this place and Ubers every three minutes. I cannot think of one thing this cottage was short of! I love the environmental consciousness of area! It’s simply beautiful on the porch for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Cute and comfy OB cottage for 2

Where to start… as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Katrina, the owner, who personally oriented us to the condo and the facilities. She even helped us bring in our luggage and helped us with parking in the garage. She is incredibly nice! The complex that contains 4 units is all contained with in one little oasis area blocked off from the street by fencing. Our unit, Grant’s Getaway, had such cute styling and was very homey. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and even had all the beach gear you could want or need! We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th holiday weekend exploring OB and surrounding area, and loved our home base for the weekend! Would certainly return to this complex to any one of Katrina’s Katrina’s rental units!

Katrina was wonderful and made the check-in and check-out process very easy with her clear communication and thorough instructions. Not only is the place adorable, but it's walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend!

Super cute, cozy, colourful cottage steps from the beach!

My 16 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was super clean and comfortable, and our host provided great instructions. Beautiful little garden complete with a lemon tree. Funky, fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Pizza Port was one of our favourites and offered great gluten free pizza and excellent local beer.

Well-Equipped Vintage Cottage

Very cute cottage, well equipped with beach towels and beach equipment. Location is great, a block from the beach and 3 blocks to the action and pounding surf. I hope to come again.

Charming spot near the water

The space is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and a cozy feel. And it’s a block and a half from the water, with accommodations to rinse off at after a day on the sand. The host was most responsive and provided thorough and clear instructions for everything from check in to WiFi. What I liked best was the fact the place is colorful and attractive; not worn and old looking like other places I’ve seen and rented in the area. And it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!
