When you aren't out soaking in the sights, relax at home while enjoying a cooling dip in the private, in-ground pool (please note, the pool is not heated). The covered patio area comes furnished for breezy outdoor lounging, and there's even a gas grill for backyard barbecues.

The inviting interior features a bright and open floor plan that has been fully appointed for modern comfort. Plush seating and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. The spacious full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Great stay and location. I would say this was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The furniture very nice and comfy beds. 20 mns to Chandler mall, lots of great shopping. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool, nice yard and grill area. Very quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Will be back!

This property is immaculate and was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding in chandler and the property was a perfect base for our stay. It is very clean, well kept and well stocked. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

Great location

Located close to the Mesa airport, and not too far from Sky Harbor as well. Many restaurants and shopping in the area. Multiple parks in walking distance. House is clean and has everything you need, pool is great, nice to have a covered area outside. This was our second time staying in this home, and will definitely be back!

This is a nice spacious place with comfortable furniture and beds for an extended 2 month stay. There were no cleaning supplies so we purchased our own. The pots and pans were very scratched up and plates were chipped. There was no garage door opener or code but you could park in the garage. You have to go in through the front door and then open garage door from the inside. You cannot receive mail or packages, which was difficult for us as it was a 2 month stay. My husbands meds come mail order as they are specialty drugs and have to come UPS. The pool was not heated, but is very nice and that was disclosed. Nice fairly quiet neighborhood with the exception of a few barking dogs and an early morning hot rod. Very pleasant to sit in the back yard with the pool and a gas grille. Only one smart tv which also was disclosed, but was not the case in most VRBO’s we have booked over the years. We did enjoyed our stay and recommend the house and area.

The house and amenities were 5 star. Very clean, adequate supplies, nice furniture and linens. The house is in a nice location. It was exactly what we wanted. One less star because we had to deal with inflexible Vacasa. We arrived at the house 1 hour early and were told no early entrance period. There were no cleaning people there no reason given just tough luck you’ll have to sit and wait. No exceptions. Will not rent a house through Vacasa again.

Beautiful home - quick response when I needed help

This home was beautifully decorated, very clean and nice layout for a family. The first morning the coffee machine didn't work, and I reached out to the contact that had been provided and they quickly responded and ended up replacing the coffee machine that day. Thank you!

Nice House

Overall was great. House was clean and easy to get into. Stayed for 2 weeks due to medical reasons. Few things to mention, listed stating 4 parking spots, but no mention on how to get into garage for the additional 2 spaces, would have liked a book or link showcasing bonuses for renting this house. As is local places that deliver, restaurants, trash / recycle schedule. It was uncomfortable having someone walk into the back yard and pull out the trash bins.

Totally inflexible- reservation moved to Vacasa

We booked with VRBO for a visit to elderly parents in AZ. The booking changed from VRBO to Vacasa AFTER we booked. We had a crisis situation where our daughter was hospitalized a week prior to the trip. We had to cancel our trip due to the hospitalization. Vacasa was totally inflexible with refunding or moving the reservation to another time because we weren't withing a 30/15 day window. The hospitalization occurred 1 week prior to the trip!! We had no idea this was going to happen!! We have booked with VRBO numerous times through the years. We will likely not every use VRBO again and will NEVER use Vacasa. Rotten customer service on all counts as their was no consideration to the uncontrollable situation. VRBO tried to help - but in the end, defaulted to Vacasa. I didn't make the reservation with vacasa... I made the reservation with VRBO. You should have stood up and done right thing. I had a note from the hospital. Awful customer service.
