Loved it!

Beautiful inside and out. Lots of room--the master bedroom especially! Thoughtful touches made this the best-equipped rental home we've had--plenty of towels, paper goods--even laundry and dishwasher pods. Everything was very clean. All was handled online--including instructions (lockbox on the door had a key inside)--perfect for us since we'd rather not gab and also great for those arriving on weekends or evenings. Absolutely beautiful decor and very comfy. Patio is SO relaxing! Wifi worked like a charm. All of the thoughtful touches. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Not up to expectations

Pros:. Location. Ample kitchen utensils. Lovely patio with Westerly views. Ample living room seating. Cons:. The condo was dirty and worn appearing. Very limited supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, etc. We stayed only 5 nights so we had to buy most everything. The bed in the 2nd bedroom sagged significantly in the middle making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The other beds were uncomfortable, but tolerable. Bedroom and bathroom doors did not shut or were difficult to open/close. Dryer did not work. Kitchen faucet was in poor condition. I was surprised by the very high fees and taxes and expected much fewer problems for the money paid. We will not stay here again.
