Perfect for what I needed

It was a very quiet and peaceful location. Perfect for therapy at Mayo Clinic and only 11 minutes door to door to the PHX facility.

One week stay

Overall this property was clean, comfortable and in a great location for our purposes. The only issue we had was finding it as we arrived after dark. It is a rather large housing complex and the door to the property is not visible from the parking areas. Once we found it , the rest of our stay was great !!

Love it, but…

We love this condo, the kitchen was perfect and well equipped.We’ve been here twice, and will try again if needed. We had to extend our stay without any problems.I was disappointed that the king bed only had foam rubber pad for a mattress. Parking spaces remain a mystery.

Good vacation rental

We were pleasantly surprised by this vacation rental - it’s better in person than pictures. The condo is quiet and faces the pool so there is no road noise. Master king bed was soft while the guest queen bed was firm. Community pool was nicely heated. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and the grocery store! The wifi was slow at ~30mbps, enough for one device to stream but we definitely could not work if we had needed to

Our local operations manager noted that the WiFi is set up for common use, but if you need a faster connection, there’s an office just 50 feet away from the home where you can access better internet. You could use more dishes/plates so the dishwasher doesn’t have to be run every day. People upstairs were noisy. Master toilet runs when not in use. Good location for grilling and pool and gym. Comfortable bed and good towels. Good amount of streaming options on tv.

Poor management company communication

The property itself was very nice. This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed in this community and know two things by experience; if the building number of the unit is not provided, it is very difficult to find the unit, and the covered parking spaces are allocated to a specific unit, so you need to know the space number! Neither of these critical issues were provided by the management company and were impossible to get from them during the check in process.
