Thank you for your review. We hope you were able to enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn’t offer an early check-in due to a same-day departure, and our housekeeping team needed the full time for a thorough turnover. We were unaware the spatula was missing; had we been informed during the stay, we would have replaced it immediately. Regarding the light switches, all were confirmed to be working and are standard; if they were confusing, we would have labeled them, but this home has no such labels because none were deemed necessary. Each home is fully inspected before guest arrival to ensure everything is in order. Lastly, the backyard privacy fence was installed just last year to enhance privacy for hot tub use. We hope to have the opportunity to truly impress you soon!
