Once you step inside this architecturally significant mid-century modern home, you'll quickly understand why it has been given a historical designation by the City of Rancho Mirage! The living area features soaring ceilings, comfortable designer furnishings, a large gas fireplace, a 55' flatscreen TV all ready for movie nights, clerestory windows, and walls of glass offering spectacular mountain and fairway views.
