We decided to book this rental last minute (day before heading up to TC) and everything a was perfect. The rental was spotless, you could feel that the hosts really thought of how to make you feel welcome and comfortable. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at - we would love to return.

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable! All the amenities we needed. Parking wasn’t the best, even though there is a designated spot for you it’s a very tight fit. Makes loading/unloading difficult. Would definitely recommend!

Practically Perfect!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Randolph Street Retreat. The condo is modern, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We appreciated the dedicated parking space, well equipped kitchen and the many included amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book again.

Great Location. Well Appointed Place.

Despite a small hiccup trying to get in (make sure to get the building door code, not just the unit code), the unit was super clean, nice, well-appointed and close to everything. Suggest bringing pickle ball paddles as there are courts close by. Highly recommend this property!

Great Place

Six of us enjoyed the Cherry Festival from this property. Great access to all walkable events, dedicated parking, great kitchen for cooking meals in, plenty of space, lovely decor and a new building. We especially appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator, the beach towels, beach chairs and wagon; all of which would have been hard to pack for the road trip. The management company was very attentive and concierge grocery service was a nice offer as well. The guest experience manager was top notch. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Lake Vacation

- Great location. - Friendly and communicative staff. - Clean apartment. - Stocked with necessities, including beach supplies. Here are some things to consider that are not a direct reflection on this unit or the property management company: - Small parking spaces were not ideal. - Construction on Bay St made getting to the lake more cumbersome.

A very well equipped apartment. It was spotless and exactly as advertised. The location is great for seeing the area.The unit is on the second floor, which is no problem as there is an elevator. However, on the first floor is a gym and the first class starts at 5:30am. Even with white noise in the room there is no escaping the deep bass thumps of the music. The only day is did not wake us all up was Sunday.Other than that it was a great place

This is definitely a 5 out of 5 star property. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable, which are the most important considerations for us. The kitchen is well appointed, though we didn’t do any cooking and location is nicely accessible, being slightly removed from the hubbub of the busier part of the city. Unfortunately there was a glitch with the heating and cooling. We couldn’t get the condo to cool down for nighttime sleep. Instead, we had to open all windows letting in the outside noise including a 3am dumpster dump Labor Day morning. (Of course the property owners have no control of the trash pickup) Otherwise, this is definitely our new favorite rental for our biyearly trips to TC! We kind of hate to give a great review for fear it won’t be available when we want it again!

Could be the best Vrbo property we have stayed at

Rented this property for a long weekend. Property is within close walking distance to West Bay Park. And a 10-15 walk to central Front St. This condo had the most equipped kitchen of any we have ever used. AThere were only 2 minor downsides, but they were minor. The first concerns the last paragraph or two in the description, regarding the gym studio below. Thumping music can be heard starting at 6:30 most mornings. It isn't overly loud, but made for a weird almost subliminal soundtrack for early morning dreams. The room was equipped with sound machines which definitely muted the noise, which was very helpful, but it didn't cancel it out completely. Second minor issue for some, might be the constant noise from the Pickle ball courts across the street. From 8 in the morning til 10:30 at night, people are playing. Other than that, this rental is perfect.
