The Space:

Welcome to your own private slice of Siesta Key paradise — a luxury two-home estate where elevated design meets resort-level fun. These two incredible properties, Double Dip and Deep Blue Sea, have been seamlessly combined to create the ultimate vacation destination. Double Dip features a stunning infinity-edge pool with oversized sun shelf and not one—but two thrilling water slides for the ultimate family fun! Deep Blue Sea showcases a water park-like water slide that descends from the second story of the home into the enormous pool below and a swim up bar top. Each backyard also includes oversized spas, sun shelf entries with loungers, poolside basketball hoops, putt-putt spaces, outdoor grilling stations, dining areas, soft seating, ping pong tables, and multiple TVs. All outdoor living spaces are private, secure and family-and pet-friendly (fees and restrictions apply). Multiple balconies and rooftop areas offer lake and Gulf views, village scenery, and golden sunsets over Siesta Key.



Together, these homes offer over 13,500 square feet of combined living space, including 14 bedrooms, 14 full bathrooms, and 4 half bathrooms. With a total of 11 king bedrooms and 2 custom-designed bunk rooms — one with full-over-king bunks and the other with queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin combinations — the estate comfortably sleeps up to 38 guests in beds. Every bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every member of your group. The estate also includes fully stocked kitchens, butler's pantries, expansive dining areas both inside and on the balconies, and rooftop decks with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Siesta Key skyline. Both homes feature club rooms with large projection/movie/gaming screens and Nintendo Switch gaming consoles. Deep Blue Sea offers tiered theater seating and an air hockey table.



Floor Plan Description by Level



Ground Level:

House A (Double Dip) offers free parking for up to six vehicles, including an EV charging station. Inside the garage, you’ll find everything you need for beach days — chairs, wagons, coolers, and bikes — as well as a full refrigerator/freezer for easy snack and drink storage. Just outside is the show stopping backyard: a massive infinity-edge pool with in-pool seating, oversized sun shelf, and not one but two twisting water slides. Corn hole, ping pong, a fire pit, three levels of mini-golf, outdoor connect 4 and a hammock strung between the trees offer endless entertainment. The covered poolside patio is fully outfitted with soft seating, dining for 18, three TVs, and a complete outdoor kitchen with beverage fridge, sink, grill, and ice maker. Just inside is the ground-level media room, featuring a 110” video wall, two 65” TVs, bar seating, and even more space for relaxing or entertaining.



House B (Deep Blue Sea) also offers free parking for 6 vehicles and beach gear, including bikes, chairs, wagons, and coolers. Its backyard feels like a luxury waterpark, with a giant heated saltwater pool and spa, massive second-story waterslide, swim-up bar seating shaded by umbrellas, and sunning shelves with loungers and bubblers. There's also a basketball hoop, ping pong table, putt putt, outdoor connect 4, covered outdoor lounge with TVs, grill, dining areas for 14 and 10 and large fans throughout. The backyard is fully fenced and pet-friendly, offering privacy and safety for kids and pets alike.



First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

On this level, House A (Double Dip) opens into a spacious great room designed for gathering and entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is loaded with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, two Cove dishwashers, a butler’s pantry with Scotsman ice maker, and enough cookware for large groups or catered meals. The adjacent dining areas offer multiple seating options, including a built-in nook, a dining table for 12, and bar seating for 4. The living room opens to a rear balcony with lake views and soft seating for alfresco lounging. A dedicated office space nearby provides a quiet retreat for remote work or reading. Three bedrooms are located on this floor: the lake-view master suite with a freestanding soaking tub and double vanity, and two additional king suites, each with walk-in showers and luxurious finishes. A full laundry room with dual washers and dryers completes this level.



In House B (Deep Blue Sea), the open-concept great room features a fully stocked kitchen with butler pantry, double ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ice makers, and all the essentials you need for family meals or chef-prepared dinners. The dining table seats 14 indoors, plus there’s bar seating for 8 and balcony dining for 8 more. The living room features custom seating and an oversized 80” TV, with sliding doors opening to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and Sabal Lake. This level includes four bedrooms: the spacious master suite with pool and lake views, private balcony, and spa-like en suite bath with freestanding tub; two additional king suites with balcony access; and a bunk room with two sets of custom-built bunks (queen/queen and twin/twin). Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and there’s a half bath off the great room for easy access. A laundry room with two stackable washer/dryer units is also on this floor.



Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The upper floor of House A (Double Dip) features a club room perfect for evening gatherings or movie nights, complete with soft seating, dual 75” TVs, Nintendo Switch gaming console, a wet bar, beverage fridge, ice maker, and balcony access with partial Gulf and sunset views. Four more bedrooms are located on this level: three king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and generous closet space (one with direct balcony access), and a spacious custom bunk room with two full-over-king bunks, built-in seating, and a large en suite bathroom with trough sink, private water closet, and shower/tub combo.



House B (Deep Blue Sea) mirrors the energy with its own upper-level club space. This area features a movie room with seating for six, a air hockey table, Nintendo Switch gaming console, wall scrabble, and a wet bar with beverage fridge and ice maker. The balcony on this level offers panoramic views of the lake and village below. Three more king suites complete this floor, each with en suite bathrooms and ample storage. One of these suites includes balcony access, and another shares its en suite bath with the club room for convenience.



Rooftop Deck:

Both homes feature rooftop decks, accessible by steps from the Second Level of Living, each offering their own breathtaking perspective of Siesta Key and beyond.

House A (Double Dip) delivers a rooftop lounge with seating, umbrellas, and open views that stretch across the Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key, and Sabal Lake — perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails under the stars.



House B (Deep Blue Sea) also features a stunning rooftop perch with both regular and bar-height seating, umbrellas for shade, and sweeping views of the Gulf and greater Sarasota. Getting Around:

Located just steps from Beach Access 12 and the vibrant heart of South Siesta Key Village. Together, both properties offer unparalleled space, design, and entertainment features. Walk or bike to local restaurants, shopping, markets, marinas, and nightlife. Just outside your door, you'll also find access to the free trolley, which provides transportation throughout Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota is a short drive away, along with attractions such as Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, and the theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, all reachable within 1–2 hours.



Other Things to Note:

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
