The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling. The living room opens to a private, redwood fenced yard.

In addition to a private yard, Stargaze guests are encouraged to use the separate, common space rear acre yard. There is plenty of parking in front of the residence.

Stargaze is part of the Arena Bend compound and is THE BEST location in town to access the South Stornetta Lands Hiking trail - the newest California Coastal Monument. The entry gate is two doors north behind the City Hall/Senior Center.

Easy walk or drive to town.

Stargaze is part of a five unit compound on two acres on highway one. It has one shared wall, but is very private and quiet.
Four person maximum.
NO SMOKING and no parties.
