Welcome to Palmera House, a serene coastal sanctuary just 30 minutes from SJU airport. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an authentic escape from the crowds, blending quiet relaxation with the spirit of adventure. Tucked away in a safe, private community, you’re just steps away from a secluded beach. Enjoy on-site access to both a large pool and a kids' pool, making it a stress-free escape for the whole family. Experience true heart of the island in a setting that feels like home.
THE SPACE
Palmera House is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 full bath apartment designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner and ceiling fan to ensure your comfort. Stay connected with 100 Mbps WiFi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TVs located in both the living room and the master bedroom. The living room itself is outfitted with an air conditioner and three ceiling fans to keep the space cool. The well equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals. The complex boasts 2 large pools, a kid pool, kid play area and private beach access with showers, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sun. Property includes beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Located in a gated community, Palmera is close to must-see sites like:
• Bioluminescent Bay (~45mins)
• El Yunque National Rainforest (~30mins)
• Old San Juan (~45 mins)
• Hacienda Carabili Adventure Park (~30 mins)
• Piñones Beach and Kiosks (~15 mins)
• Luquillo's Famous “Kioskos de Luquillo" (~30 mins)
• Ferry to Vieques and Culebra Islands (~60 mins)
Property is also conveniently located to:
• Walmart Super Center (~15 mins)
• Outlet mall with food court and Go-Karts (~15 mins)
Please note that no pets, smoking/vaping, parties, unregistered guests or loud music are allowed on the property.
GUEST ACCESS
Checking in is contact less, you will receive a personalized key code the night before your check-in. Inside the property you will find a gate clicker that operates the gate to access the complex and a key for private access to the secluded beach.
To make the most of your stay, renting a car is highly recommended as public transportation is not available, and taxis or Uber require advanced coordination. You'll have access to two parking spaces conveniently located close to the apartment building. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor, and climbing stairs is necessary as there is no elevator available.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
While Puerto Rico is a beautiful destination, it's important to be aware that the power grid is still a work in progress, especially since Hurricane Maria. This can result in occasional power outages, unstable internet service, or disruptions to water service. Cell phone reception can also be spotty in certain areas of the island. We strive to provide the best service possible to our guests, please note that outages or service interruptions caused by island infrastructure or local utilities are outside of our control and responsibility. Additionally, keep in mind that hurricane peak season is between August and November. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our island paradise.
