Esta casa frente al mar de 6000 pies cuadrados completamente renovada tiene 7 habitaciones y 5. 5 baños. Excelente diseño con 2 Master Suites, 2 escaleras completas y espectaculares vistas al agua. Perfecto para familias numerosas y grupos. Esta casa ofrece espacios abiertos para grandes reuniones, así como áreas acogedoras para escaparse.

Para grupos muy grandes, bodas o reuniones, también puede alquilar: vrbo 672019. Nuestra segunda propiedad está a menos de una milla de Sweet Virginia Blue y puede albergar hasta 6 huéspedes en un recientemente remodelado 4Bed / 2bath.

Plano de planta abierto con gran sala de 2 pisos, gran chimenea de leña de piedra, grandes ventanas de vidrio para capturar las vistas encantadoras, techos de madera con lengüeta y ranura. Living, Dining y Kitchen son abiertos y perfectos para grandes reuniones. La cocina tiene una gran isla central, hornos dobles, cocina de 5 quemadores. Media Room, Game Room y Bar son perfectos para pasar el rato y disfrutar del nivel inferior. Kids Corner tiene libros, juegos, legos y juguetes. El hogar está amueblado con buen gusto y decorado en un ambiente de Martha Stewart ... muy cómodo y cálido.

Esta casa descansa en un parque privado, natural, de 2. 5 acres y tiene más de 1700 pies cuadrados de espacio de terraza y patio y un sendero natural rústico que conduce a un mirador privado. Te sientes como si estuvieras en un albergue o en un campamento de lujo. Se proporcionan múltiples muebles al aire libre y una parrilla.

Playa de arena, terraza de descanso, muelle, casa de botes y estación de limpieza de peces están en la propiedad. Tranquila cala de natación en aguas abiertas. Los flotadores de playa y los juguetes de arena están disponibles para su uso.

Excelente ubicación en un vecindario tranquilo con cancha de tenis y rampa para botes privados. Food Lion, restaurantes y bodegas están a solo unas pocas millas en coche.

La casa no es accesible para discapacitados, pero hay una rampa de cubierta que conduce a la casa. La unidad circular tiene solo 1 automóvil de ancho y hay estacionamiento adicional disponible en la calle superior.

Great stay for a big family!

We really enjoyed our stay at here! We had several families and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. The house is a great layout to give everyone their space. The kids loved the games in the basement and having their own space. Great swimming area and dock that we used every day. We’d definitely stay again!

Haven in the woods

The property is shady and perfect for summer. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well supplied. The beds are comfortable and the game room is the best for all ages. We had a great week at this property.

Love Virginia Blue Belle

We love this property. The house is big enough for our family and the young adults spend alot of time in the gazebo at night. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We have already booked our week for next year.

Perfect for Family Reunion

Perfect place on lake for family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large kitchen and dining room. Downstairs. With games and twin beds, perfect for kids. Sits on beautifully wooded lot with private cove on dock. Kids able to bring boat to dock and just float around on lake. Located close to shops for groceries and wineries. Really love this place.

As Hoped For!

This property, with its wonderful wooded lot and sandy, shallow water edge for young ones was perfect. The dock area was great for our rented boat and swimming. The house is large, well-furnished and stocked and the game rooms were a big hit for all of us, before and after lake times. The whole experience was ideal for our extended family of 13!

Sprawling house with lots of room, great deck and fire pit. Ping pong, air hockey and foosball kept us busy. Blackstone just off kitchen was super convenient. We'll go back.

Family vacation

Beautiful property with ample space for my entire family. The walk down to the boat dock was safe and steps secure. The private cove to swim in was an added benefit. The tennis, pickle ball and basketball court we super close and we used them often. The kitchen was stocked well! Another added benefit was all the wildlife we saw on the property daily (deer, squirrels, lizards, cardinals and Canadian geese). Truly an amazing home that led to a wonderful vacation destination!

Reunion

Group of friends scattered throughout the US got together for a weekend reunion.Home was clean,well stocked with linens and kitchen had all appliances and cookware you would ever need. Stee walk down stairs to the lake with limited handrails but location on the water and the view is hard to beat!

Beautiful House In A Beautiful Spot!

The house has an excellent layout with lots to do from inside games to outside activities on the lake from the dock or a walk around the neighborhood. The wings of the house and multiple sleeping options would make a perfect getaway or a family get together. Beth is a gracious host and very communicative before, during, and after our stay. Check in was super easy and while there was a slight hiccup with a mechanical failure, it was no fault of anyone and was handled as well as it could have been. It was a very slight inconvenience and no reason to be alarmed! Highly recommended for a beautiful house in a beautiful spot!

AHJ reunion

Perfect setting for a 3 generation reunion. We had plenty of room, fun on the water and the kids loved the daily deer, skink, fireflies, turtle visits. Memories made fishing, eating s’mores, playing ping pong and boating. The house had everything one could need or ask for. Beth responded to every question and suggested local wineries and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back for our reunion next year!

Perfect Cousins' Reunion

Sweet Virginia Blue was absolutely amazing. The house was spacious yet cozy and excellent for outdoor meals or sitting around the dining room table. We had a few minor questions at the start of our stay and Beth responded immediately! Location was perfect for just lounging at the lake or nearby excursions. Be advised that you will have to bring your garbage to the local dump, but that was only a tiny inconvenience. I cannot recommend this location highly enough!!

Sweet Virginia Blue

We have rented this house for a week in the summer for three years. The house is perfect for our size family and the house was clean. The shower liners needed changing which is a rather small thing. The house needs more lamps. The living space next to the kitchen has one lamp, its dark, and the bedrooms need more lamps. The kitchen is well stocked and there is shampoo, hand soap, and detergent to wash clothes. We have loved this house.

Birthday Celebration and College Roommate Reunion

We rented the house for an early 55th birthday celebration with 4 college roommates and spouses getting together for a long weekend. Everyone enjoyed the home. The kitchen was outfitted well and there was room for multiple cooks. We enjoyed meals around the inside table and on the back deck. Rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed taking out our personal kayak from the dock. Nice evening fire at the outside fire pit. Plenty of room for multiple conversations and also quiet time when people wanted that too. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Beautiful home

We had a group of 13 adults and our 4-yr old grandson. Everyone had very comfortable accommodations and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The boat dock needed a little TLC but we were able to fish easily from it and it had ample room for a boat and jet ski. Parking was a little cramped but the host let us park on the grass near the driveway which helped us out a lot! The basement had a ping pong table, air hockey (which our grandson loved to play!), and a foosball table. The last 2 days of our stay were rainy so the opportunities for indoor recreation were welcomed. Highly recommend the Sweet Virginia Blue home if you want a place that can accomodate a large group!

Not ALL info about house was received from the beginning. I find it deceitful & inappropriate to be sent checkout info concerning detailed cleaning, 3 days before arriving! Details including taking a wks worth of trash & recycling accumulated from 12 people, away from property to dump site, 40 minutes round trip, cleaning the stove, microwave, oven, washing sheets… when we paid for cleaning. If that isn’t enough for cleaning, reduce nightly fee to accommodate for additional cleaning cost! I find getting this info last minute, after I fully committed w/payment a year ago, dishonest as if purposefully hiding info so as to get full payment from a guest; host offers NO way to cancel w/out losing ALL money!! Full disclosure of all property info should be required to be seen & read by all prospective guests from first time they view a property - not after money has been received. OR the cancellation policy should be good until such total info is provided to the host; in this case, cancelling after reading owner's departure requirements, received just 3 days before arrival. There was also wrong info provided: the wifi is no longer a MiFi but Xfinity, a huge difference. NO grill but a very dirty griddle?! AND there were 2 diff entry times provided; the one directly associated w/our date of entry, 6/22, was 3:00; we arrived to 2 cleaning people trying to clean a 6,000 sq. ft. house. They didn’t leave until 6 PM! +The house is HUGE w/lots of games - renting a pontoon boat=best!

Maid could be better

The house itself was beautiful, we did have a wonderful stay but the maid needs to do a better job i was not impressed with the bathrooms all the showers need cleaned s, some of the beds needed fresh linens and the cobwebs were ridiculious , the windows needed cleaned, I thought the house would have been cleaner then that for the cleaning fee being charged I don't feel it is my place to go on vacation and have to clean also my sister found a long black hair in her bed she just didnt sleep in that one

Beautiful Private Lake Cove

Love all the trees and the private cove. House well laid out, so that we all had plenty of room (12 of us). Boat ramp and easy access to SML attractions. Beds are not the most comfortable, but that is the only distraction from this beautiful place.

50th Anniversary SML Celebration

We had a mostly adult family get-away for our 50th Wedding Anniversary (one teen and 11 adults, 25 to 73). We had lots of room and we actually had no problem getting all 12 of us at the dining room table with two at each end. Everyone had their own space. We played ping pong, pickle ball, swam at the dock, and watched movies. We had breakfast and dinner together every evening and used the Blackstone grill twice. There is a great winery nearby where we went for a wine tasting (Hickory Hill 4.8 rating). On Friday we rented a pontoon boat nearby that was big enough for 11 people allowing us to see the beautiful lake and dam. Night swims were also a hit at the dock. I was surprised at how refreshing the water was, not too cold or too warm. You will love Sweet Virginia Blue for the space, the decor, and the convenient washer/dryer, game and media rooms. We could have had 3 more people just as easily. It depends on how many singles you have. We used the loft as an office, but another person could have slept there as well. The kitchen was very well-equipped too! Enjoy your stay! We did!

We fell in love with Smith Mountain Lake while visiting our daughter at Liberty University. We are so excited about this property. I am a designer and this house has great bones...we couldn't wait to get our hands on it and refurbish it from top to bottom.

It only took one family gathering in a rental home on Smith Mountain Lake and we were hooked! We absolutely love this location and the lake is absolutely gorgeous offering spectacular boating, fishing and water sport opportunities.

We had rented a couple of homes on Smith Mountain Lake and had been looking for the perfect place for over 2 years when we finally came across and fell in love with Sweet Virginia Blue.

As mentioned in the description, the layout of the house is perfect for large family and group gatherings. It offers the perfect balance of large, open living/social areas and sleeping quarters with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

We wish you, your family and friends lasting and happy memories here at Smith Mountain Lake!
