Open concept living area for all to gather, seamlessly blending the fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with a six person dining table. There is a half bath as well as a designated work desk. The living area leads to a porch overlooking the quiet street and pool.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains whilst the Primary suite has a queen bed with en suite and French doors leading out to the pool area.

Second bedroom has a Queen bed.

The sofa is not a sofa bed and can sleep two small children.

Queen air mattress available upon request if available. Please request a week in advance.

This residence is serviced and maintained with Eco friendly products, such as bamboo bathroom tissue, clean personal care and sustainable cleaning products. All beds have mattress and pillow protectors.

One designated parking spot for medium sized SUV in front of the swimming pool. There’s plenty of street parking.

This residence is one of the few homes with a private pool in this historic district.
