This beautiful two-story residence offers a unique vacation experience, combining spacious and comfortable areas with the privilege of having a private beach (30 meters) at your doorstep. The beach is just 30 meters away, ready for you to explore!

*Capacity: This house comfortably accommodates up to 19 people. If your group is larger, we can accommodate up to 20 guests. An additional charge of USD 50 per person per day will apply for each additional guest beyond the 16th. To increase the house's capacity to 20 people, we have drawers that can be used as beds and an inflatable mattress.

To ensure excellent service, we require one housekeeper for every 5 guests staying at the property. The daily rate for each housekeeper is COP 100,000 (USD 22) and must be paid directly to them before your departure.

Housekeepers

Housekeeping is mandatory and costs COP 100,000 per day.
For groups of more than 5 people, a second housekeeper is required.
For groups of more than 10 people, a third housekeeper will be necessary (at an additional cost).
Usual hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Duties: cleaning, cooking, making beds, and general support.
In Colombia, it is customary to share meals with them.
Remember to pay them directly before your departure.

Cleaning Fees
Please note that the cleaning fee and the housekeeper fee are separate:

The cleaning fee covers preparing the house before your arrival and the final cleaning after your departure.
The housekeeper service only covers assistance during your stay.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is strictly adhered to.
Late check-outs are considered an additional night and will be charged accordingly.

House Policies

Any type of sex tourism is prohibited. If detected, you will be asked to leave immediately, the authorities will be informed.

Additional Guests

Starting with the 16th guest, an additional fee of USD 50 per person, per day will be charged.
