This stunningly beautiful 3-room ground-floor vacation apartment offers approximately 56 square meters of living space. The apartment has been lovingly furnished with high-quality furniture. A cozy living room with an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower provide plenty of space. The furnished terrace faces southeast. The beach is about 400 meters away.

In the warmly decorated living room, you’ll find a cozy couch, cable TV, and a stereo system. The dining area offers enough space for 4 people to eat.

Your bedroom, featuring a 180-centimeter box-spring bed, ensures a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.

Another bedroom with a double bed accommodates two people.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures a carefree cooking experience. You’ll find a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as dishes, glasses, silverware, a toaster, and more.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises you plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
