Vacation Apartment No. 6 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 2-room apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. The apartment faces southeast. It features a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a dining area. A space-saving fold-out bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) provides sleeping accommodations for two people. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are provided for your entertainment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. You can store your vacation wardrobe in the large closet. The window can be darkened with a curtain and a roller shade. Laminate flooring was chosen for the living and sleeping areas.

The shower room is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located right nearby. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack next to the house. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and—in some cases—separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
