Vacation apartment No. 144 is located on the 1st floor of the Sünnslag vacation apartment complex and, with approximately 53 m² of living space, features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a southeast-facing balcony.

Light colors create a cozy atmosphere in this vacation apartment. Of course, a flat-screen TV, a CD player, a DVD player, and a Blu-ray player are all at your disposal. A double sofa bed provides a comfortable place to sleep for two people. The living room features high-quality laminate flooring. You can access the southeast-facing balcony from the living room. Enjoy some sunny hours.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The floor is carpeted. Curtains are provided for blackout.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want—from a 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave to plenty of glasses and dishes—you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining. The kitchen floor is tiled.

A tiled shower room is, of course, included.

The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
The parking space is located next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

You can reach the Sünnslag complex from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
