Vacation Apartment No. 57 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With 59 m² of living space and a balcony facing southeast, this 3-room apartment offers a lovely place to stay for up to 4 people. On the first floor of the building, you’ll find a living and dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m from the beach.

The furnished balcony invites you to relax outdoors. From here, you have direct access to the open-concept living area with a sofa set and dining table. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. A high chair is available for young guests. All rooms feature laminate flooring.

The tiled kitchenette is directly adjacent to the dining area. There you’ll find an oven with a 4-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Use of a washing machine is included.

Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The windows can be darkened with curtains and pleated blinds.

The tiled shower room offers plenty of storage space. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, provide a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
