Vacation Rental No. 79 at the Sünnslag Resort is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to two people.

This cozy two-room apartment, located on the first floor and featuring its own entrance, offers approximately 54 m² of living space. For a relaxing vacation, the apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The beach is approximately 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

You can step out onto the south-east-facing, furnished terrace from the living area. The living room is comfortably furnished and has carpeted floors. The dining area is also located here. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player provide entertainment.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine is also available here.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet where you can store your clothes. The sleeping area is also carpeted. Curtains are provided at the window for privacy.

A tiled shower room is also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Two bicycles are available. (Please note: there is no legal entitlement to use these bicycles.)

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
