Vacation Apartment No. 110 at the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

The approximately 49 m² 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an outdoor metal staircase. You’ll spend your vacation in a beautiful living and dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces southeast. The beach is approximately 400 m from the complex.

You can enjoy relaxing moments outdoors on the furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room. The living room features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that sleeps 2 people. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.

The vacation rental’s kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a 4-burner stovetop, and a microwave. A washing machine is also available for use here. The dining area is located in the living room.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Blackout curtains are installed on the windows.

There is a bathroom with a shower. The floors in the vacation rental are carpeted and tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a shed next to the house. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases a separate kitchen, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
