Vacation Apartment No. 82 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the 1st floor and spanning approximately 48 m², this 2-room apartment features private access via an outdoor staircase (metal grate). The apartment features a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a tiled shower room, and a balcony. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

You can access the furnished, southeast-facing balcony from the living area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable corner couch and a dining area for shared meals. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player provide entertainment. There is also a space-saving fold-down bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) here that sleeps two people.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave with a grill function. A washing machine is also available for use.

The comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and curtains on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep. A 3-door wardrobe provides storage space for your clothes. The bedroom has carpeted floors, and the living room has laminate flooring.

A tiled shower room is also available. In this non-smoking apartment, a maximum of one pet is allowed.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer comfortable living for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
