Vacation Rental No. 01 in the Likedeeler complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Vacation Apartment No. 1 is located on the first floor and, with an area of approximately 54 m², features a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on the spacious south-facing terrace. The distance to the beach is approximately 70 meters.

The living area is furnished with a pull-out double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), 2 armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. From there, you can also access the furnished terrace. The entire apartment has laminate flooring. Pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy and sun protection.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A 3-door wardrobe offers plenty of space for your vacation clothes.

The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a combination oven and microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A tiled shower room is, of course, included.

You can park your car in the underground garage, and there is also a bike storage room. Additionally, the complex offers Wi-Fi (subject to availability), an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers (shared use).
Only one pet is allowed in this unit!

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).


Complex:

The Likedeeler vacation complex is located on Ostseeallee in the center of Boltenhagen. It’s about 70 meters to the beach. Popular restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments.
Most apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
You can safely park your car in the building’s underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 2.0 meters). From there, you can easily take the elevator to your floor.

The Likedeeler vacation complex features modern architecture and is conveniently equipped with an elevator. The individually and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation with everything close at hand.
All vacation apartments feature a living-dining area, a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement.
You’ll find a bike storage room in the underground parking garage for your bicycles.
