Vacation Rental No. 17 in the Seebach complex is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The 49 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a north-east-facing balcony. The distance to the beach is approximately 70 meters.

The living room is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm), providing space for up to 3 people. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture.

The built-in kitchenette in the living area includes a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The apartment, of course, also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All rooms are tiled. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.

Villa Seebach is located between the central promenade and the beach promenade. You can park your car in the underground garage. An elevator and a bicycle storage room are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Pets are welcome in some apartments.

Each apartment is assigned one parking space in the underground garage. Max. height: 2.10 m.

The L-shaped Villa Seebach features modern 1- to 2-room apartments that offer enough space for up to four people to enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation in Boltenhagen. Each apartment features a living-dining area with an integrated kitchenette, as well as a balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together.

From the underground parking garage, you can reach all floors via a staircase or the elevator (cabin size: 80 x 138 cm). In addition to your parking space, you’ll also find a storage room for your bicycles here.
