Vacation Apartment No. 7 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>This comfortable vacation apartment, featuring a beautiful view of the lake and a south-west-facing balcony, is located on the 1st floor of Building 1. Spanning approximately 58 m², the apartment features a living room with a view of the Baltic Sea, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 50 m from Dünenblick.<br><br>The living room is flooded with natural light and equipped with a comfortable corner couch, a flat-screen TV (satellite system), and a stereo system with a CD player. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a partial side view of the lake.<br><br>The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The spacious dining area is integrated into the living area.<br><br>The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The double bed in the second bedroom is equipped with two mattresses (80 x 200 cm). Closets in both bedrooms offer plenty of space for your belongings.<br><br>The flooring in the living and sleeping areas is laminate. Tiles have been installed in the shower room and the hallway. For vacations with children, you’ll find a travel crib (included), a high chair (included), a changing pad, a step stool, and a selection of games to make the space child-friendly.<br><br>The brightly tiled shower room features a sink, a shower, and a toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A private parking space ensures safe parking for your car.<br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The popular Dünenblick complex is located directly across from the beautiful, white Baltic Sea beach. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach provide the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The entire complex has free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
