Vacation Apartment No. 1 at Strandvilla Niklot is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

It is located on the first floor and, with approximately 70 m², features a living room, 2 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a terrace facing southeast. The beach is only about 25 meters away.

The living room is modern and tastefully furnished. A large flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment on rainy days. With free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), you won’t miss a thing even while on vacation. There’s also a cozy dining area for 4 people. You can access the southeast-facing terrace—which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture, including a beach chair—directly from the living room.

The vacation rental’s kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped with every convenience. It features, among other things, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and much more. On the terrace, you can make full use of the electric grill (tabletop grill).

One of the two bedrooms features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for you. The double bed in the second bedroom has a sleeping surface of 2 x 80 x 200 cm. The two-door wardrobes in the bedrooms of this vacation rental offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The shower room is modernly equipped. A guest restroom is also available. The entire vacation rental is tiled. There are curtains on the windows.

The Niklot Beach Villa is situated in a prime beach location on the beach promenade. An elevator, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a parking space in the underground garage are provided. A locked bike shed next to the house is available for your use. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

The modern villa joins the row of many historic villas along the beach promenade. It was completed in 2008 on the site of the former Café Böhmes. The new construction made it possible to create spacious vacation apartments here. Its name comes from the last powerful Slavic Wenden prince, “Prince Niklot.”

Some vacation apartments have a direct view of the sea or a partial view of the sea. The building is very well equipped, featuring Wi-Fi, an elevator, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or above-ground garage. All of the spacious 3-room vacation apartments are individually furnished and feature a balcony or terrace. There is a separate shed for bicycles on the property.

You can reach Strandvilla Niklot directly via Rallenweg. You’re just about 10 meters away from the 4.5-kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Shopping options, such as an Edeka supermarket, are only about a 5-minute walk away (approx. 300 m).

It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the pier and Boltenhagen’s spa park. Stroll right along the beach promenade and listen to the sound of the sea on your way to the spa park.
