Vacation Apartment 10-1 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cheerfully furnished vacation apartment, with 55 m² of living space, invites you to enjoy a carefree vacation. It’s located on the first floor of Building 10 and faces outward. You’ll have access to a south-west-facing terrace. The distance to the beach from the Papillon resort is approximately 250 m.

The terrace opens directly onto the living and dining area and is furnished with a lounge chair, four armchairs with cushions, a table, and a beach umbrella. The living area features a cozy sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), a recliner, and a dining nook in an open-concept layout. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with an USB port and docking station, as well as a small selection of DVDs, CDs, and books.

The integrated kitchenette features a 4-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, and microwave. Note for guests with allergies: the entire apartment has carpeted floors.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Curtains are provided at the windows for privacy. You can also store additional items in the large wardrobe in the entryway.

The tiled shower room has a window. A hair dryer is provided. This vacation rental includes a handcart, a city scooter, two bicycles, and a trailer (additional equipment—subject to availability). Bicycles you bring with you can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. Smoking is not permitted.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 10. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the basement of the house. The outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation resort. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike storage area or a bike storage room.
