Your vacation rental No. 7 on Mariannenweg is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This vacation rental is located on the first floor and measures 50 m². It features a living room with access to a southwest-facing balcony, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach is approximately 200 m.

The living room is bright and modernly furnished. In the evenings, you can relax together on the cozy couch and reminisce about your wonderful day at the beach. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available for your use. In addition, there are plenty of books to keep you entertained. The couch (140 x 190 cm) can be folded out to create a comfortable sleeping area for two people. The modern dining table by the bright balcony window offers the ideal spot for shared meals.

The kitchen is separate and well-equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with an oven, and a microwave. A small dining area in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. There is also a second flat-screen TV here. A high chair and a crib are also available for your little guests.

The vacation rental is rounded out by a functional shower room, which also houses the washing machine.

The living area, bedroom, and hallway feature high-quality designer flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains and insect screens for privacy and sun protection. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Your parking space is located behind the house in the adjacent parking lot. One parking space is available for this vacation rental. In the basement of the building, you can use the bike storage room and the drying room.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The two-room apartments with separate kitchens can accommodate up to four people. All apartments have a balcony facing southwest, offering a beautiful view of the complex’s well-maintained green space.

You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the building’s bike storage room.
