This house has it all. We loved our stay. Super close to the beach and plenty of space and all the extras. We will definitely be back next time in Galveston.

4 friends enjoying time together. The house clean and comfortable and had all the necessities needed. Sadly, the weather didn't cooperate during our trip, but we made the best of it. I would recommend this property.

Family vacay

This house had it all and we enjoyed the porch, hot tub and proximity to the beach! It was a wonderful holiday weekend with plenty of room in the beautiful house for all of us -14 total. We plan to stay at Take me Awave again!

Mother’s Day trip

Our family enjoyed this quiet location with access to beach and pool. The view was beautiful. The house had everything we needed including hot tub. The beds were comfortable and all that we needed for beach or pool was in garage including beach towels. Just a great experience.

What a great house. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, well stocked, comfy beds, kitchen had everything. The location was ideal. With a 14 year old dog and an 84 year old mother, the ramp was a necessity and gave us all easy stress free access to the house without stairs. Two main floor bedrooms were also appreciated. I would definitely book again.

Perfect for the occasion. The house came with so many things we didn’t realize we needed! The wagons and beach toys were a perfect addition for our days on the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

Ocean views from the decks of the home were incredible. The house was immaculate. Our hosts took care of every detail. Staying at this beach house made our family experience unforgettable and we will definitely be back. Don't miss out on this gem!!

Wonderful experience @ Take Me A Wave

The house is in a beautiful small community. It’s beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen has everything you need! The hot tub and the game table were a surprisingly fun plus to the house! Have a fabulous time and rent this house!

Our group of sisters and friends fell in love with Take Me Awave. The Gulf views, big hot tub, clean and spacious rooms, glorious showers, comfy beds & bedding, gourmet kitchen -- all of it! Not to mention access to Galveston's food, entertainment & shopping! Oh, and don't miss the Galveston/Bolivar Ferry -- we saw more dolphins than we could count. Jason & Danielle provided everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. We'll be back!

This VRBO was great and the accommodations covered all our needs. It was a perfect location to walk to the beach and everything we needed for the beach was available! When traveling a long distance it makes it so much easier when all the supplies are already at the VRBO. Our family has stayed at several of the homes in the area and overall this one has been the best; more expensive, but worth it!The only recommendation I have is in respect to the cleaning crew. Make sure the showers are rinsed out well, because the floors in the showers were very slick. My 76 year old husband slipped and fell the 1st night we were there. Luckily he was not hurt bad. Some of the younger ones in the group also commented on how slick the showers were. Overall we enjoyed the home and were comfortable with all the amenities! Great Place!

Amazing house with gorgeous beach views

We had an amazing 1 week stay at this gorgeous beach house! It was comfortable, spacious, clean and have every little detail already thought of and taken care of. Well stocked with everything you need! Parking right out front, and a boardwalk right at your doorstep to get to the beach. The garden has a fenced in yard for the dogs - which was perfect. The grass is beautifully maintained and no sharp burrs for their paws. Gorgeous deck, plenty of seating. Quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect! We loved everything about it!! The house was beautiful. The kids looooved that coffee table with the games in it. It was just a short walk to the beach. There was no seaweed and blue water made it extra nice. I have nothing but great things to say about the home . My daughter left 3 very expensive pillows behind, and although we only got one back, they kept trying to resolve the issue and always responded promptly to my questions. If we had gotten them all back, I would give them 6 stars, but as it was no fault of theirs, I am happy to give them a 5 star review.
