The Reet/AM06a vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 8 people.

This thatched-roof vacation home offers four rooms spread across three floors. Enjoy your vacation at its very best. You’ll have approximately 100 m² of living space, including the living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The first floor of the vacation home features the living room, a cozy dining area, and the integrated kitchenette. The shower room and the entryway are also located here.

The living room is modern and very tastefully furnished. Here you’ll find a high-quality double sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). The living room closet provides enough space for two people to store their vacation clothes. The living area can be separated from the entryway by a sliding door. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a compact stereo system with a CD player and Bluetooth functionality.

The spacious west-facing terrace, furnished with an additional beach chair, is accessible directly from the living room. You can enjoy the morning sun on the paved patio behind the house (entrance area), which features seating. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and much more.

The bedrooms in the attic feature two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) as well as closets with ample storage space. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower stall, as well as a hallway. Additionally, this house offers a storage room, a second closet, and a desk area.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bedroom is equipped with a TV, among other things. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A washer-dryer combo and an electric grill are provided, as well as a portable crib and a high chair for our younger guests. A handcart (subject to availability) is available for use. A bike rack is located directly in front of the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge. The vacation home has insect screens in the living room and the bedrooms on the first floor.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a traffic-calmed area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation rental. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the offerings for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex has free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
