The Reet/AM02a vacation home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—about 100 m².

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a cozy dining area. The terrace is accessible directly from the living room; it faces southeast and offers an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available. The built-in kitchenette includes an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor feature two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and closets with ample space for your vacation wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a sink and a bathtub.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Blackout curtains are provided. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A washing machine is available. For our younger guests, a travel crib and a high chair are included in our home. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. There is a TV in each of the two bedrooms (upper floor). An infrared sauna for 2 people is located in the house.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is situated in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The parking lot is located directly at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is about 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located directly at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg vacation complex, exclusive vacation homes with a unique, individual character await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.
