*Large covered patio with sofa, chairs, dining table , bbq and firepit for your outside enjoyment.
*W/D adjoins this unit.
*Pets under 60 lbs with current shots are welcome. Dogs cannot be aggressive to humans or other dogs. We don't accept dogs who bark excessively.
*All utilities, including internet and streaming services are included.
*Landscaping, Trash Removal, and Snow removal are also included.
*Minutes from the 151 Brew Trail.
IMPORTANT: We do require a lease and security deposit, when making reservation. I email the lease and then the security deposit is due, when lease is emailed back We accept Zelle or some other electronic payments. The security deposit is refundable the day you leave, if there is no damage.
