The vacation rental is located on the first floor in a quiet residential area of Volkach. As a two-room apartment, it features a 26-square-meter living and sleeping area with a beautiful balcony. The space includes a bed, a wardrobe, and a sitting area with a view of the greenery. The 20-square-meter kitchen doubles as a living area with a large built-in kitchen and dining area. The functional bathroom features a shower. Deck chairs are available for your use in the adjacent private garden. A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site.
