Club Fet House - Moments from the Springs

Welcome to Club Fet, a beloved Homosassa retreat near crystal-clear springs, boating, and wildlife attractions. This 3BR/2BA home offers two king beds and cozy bunks for kids and kids-at-heart, plus a fully equipped open kitchen and airy living space that flows into the outdoor lanai. Enjoy board games, kayaks, paddleboards, and all the comforts of home—perfectly blending central location, comfort, and true relaxation.
🐾 Pets & Service Animals

We gladly welcome pets and registered service animals with an approved pet fee. For everyone’s safety, pets must remain leashed outdoors and supervised at all times. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Any excessive mess, odor, shedding, accidents, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

🚣 Kayaks & Paddleboards

Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for guest enjoyment. All guests must sign a liability release prior to use—this is required and non-negotiable. Lost, damaged, or missing equipment will result in additional fees.

🌿 Respect the River & Wildlife

Homosassa and Crystal River are treasured natural environments. We ask guests to respect local wildlife, waterways, and surrounding nature. Please minimize environmental impact and remain mindful of neighbors. We are all guests of this beautiful ecosystem—thank you for helping preserve it.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated bins.

🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Please help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and future guests.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

👥 Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (up to 10 with prior approval and additional fees). Exceeding this limit without permission is not allowed.

🏠 Respect for the Property

Please treat the home and its amenities with care. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but cannot be guaranteed, especially if another booking is scheduled.

🔐 Security & Safety

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. Report any safety concerns, lock issues, or Ring doorbell problems promptly so we may assist.

🚫 Furniture & Items

For safety and property protection, please do not move furniture or household items. Damage caused by rearranging may result in additional fees.

🧼 Cleanliness

Please leave the home in reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, stains, trash, or unreported spills may result in additional cleaning fees.

🤝 Respect for Neighbors

Be courteous and respectful at all times. Avoid disruptive behavior that may disturb nearby residents.
