The property was immaculate, and I was amazed how well stocked it was. It had absolutely everything you could need. The kayaks were great, life jackets provided. Highly recommend this house!

The house was everything and more! Very clean, quiet, and cozy. The house was stocked with LOTS of extras. Soaps, spices, ziploc bags, storage bowls, and I even found chip clips. The coffee bar was fully stocked. The only downside was the neighbor built a large boat dock and made it very tight when docking our boat. Overall wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great Stay!! Location!!

I would book again. If you bring boat be aware of tides and water depth in canal. Home was clean and as described in listing. The coffee was excellent.

Highly recommend. They go above and beyond on items you may need in the house. Perfect spot and the communication from the owners was Amazing

Nice place

Kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, and well stocked with towels and other supplies. I was able to dock 22’ center console, just need to plan coming and going around the lowest part of the tide with a deeper draft boat.

This was a very nice place, spacious and comfortable. Love being able to have my boat right in back of the house and the boat ramp is just a few miles down the road. Extremely close to the gulf. Had 21' Hurricane deck boat and made it down the canal to this house on low tide twice. The house is beautiful, clean and well furnished. We had a great time with our family and would definitely love to visit here again.

Crystal River Vacation

Property was very clean and accessible. We had an issue with the tides in the canal and ended up having to row our boat back to the dock at one point. It was a good location other wise with access to the channel. We had a great time with family. Will be looking for other places next time with easier access for the boat.

This was one of the most thoughtfully appointed and exceptionally well-stocked VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in, with a host whose attention to detail shows in every corner. The home smelled fresh and clean from the moment we walked in.The exterior is simple and unassuming, but the interior is immaculate with quality linens, newer furniture, and a fresh, well-maintained feel—unlike many rentals that show wear.As a mom of three who is very particular about cleanliness, I noticed immediately that this home was truly spotless and genuinely well cared for—not just surface-tidy.While not large, every inch is used intentionally; sturdy, comfortable furniture and a thoughtful layout suggest either a professional designer or a very skilled host maximizing space.The bathrooms felt like a boutique hotel with plush towels and great-smelling amenities, and the kitchen featured upgraded appliances and a well-stocked, clearly organized coffee bar. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked perfectly, and everything functioned as it should.Neighbors described the owners as a “class act,” and while we don’t know them personally, the care and quality throughout the home make that easy to believe.

Waterfront Crystal River

We've been going to Crystal River for years now and this was the nicest house we've rented. Three full bedrooms and two full size baths. The home is well furnished, appliances appear new and there were plenty of linens and kitchen dishes, pans, etc. For parking, the house has a long driveway plus a two car garage. We played corn hole on the large screened in porch. For dockage, there is a good sized deck and floating dock. We have a 23' center console and had no problems tying up and getting into and back from Crystal River which is a short canal ride away. It is close to the Ft. Island public ramp and closer to the gulf than properties in town. Very enjoyable visit and we wouldn't hesitate to stay to here again.
