Please treat this residence the way you would your own home. Your comfort and enjoyment matter, and these guidelines help us keep a welcoming experience for everyone.
Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance for an additional fee of $30 per hour. Unless approved, guests remaining past check-out may be charged an extra night or late check-out fees.
Parking & EV Charging Secure parking is available at $10 per night per vehicle. EV charging at the building is under maintenance and will be available in a future update. A public EV charging station is about a 3-minute drive away.
Age & Guest Policies
Guests must be older than 21. Groups where everyone is 21 or younger require written pre-approval. Reservations may be canceled without approval.
Local residents must request approval before booking to prevent misuse of the property.
Guest Verification 3. Door codes are released only to the person who booked with valid government issued photo ID. 4. All guests must be included in the reservation. Anyone entering the property counts toward the total guest count. Undisclosed additional guests may result in reservation termination or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any property damage.
No Parties or Events 5. No parties, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, birthdays, photoshoots or similar gatherings without pre-approval. Violations will lead to reservation termination and possible damage claims. 6. This is a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment. Violations will result in immediate reservation termination and compensation claims.
Noise & Quiet Hours 7. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise or loud music reported by neighbors may lead to reservation termination and up to $1,000 in damage compensation.
Pets 8. Pets are welcome with approval and the $65 per pet fee. Guests agree to clean up after their pet inside the suite, in building common areas, and on the property. Pets must be quiet, leashed in common areas, and not allowed on beds. If a pet is found without prior approval and the fee has not been paid, a $300 charge will apply. Violations may result in reservation termination.
Safety & Property Use 9. Please do not burn candles with open flames. 10. This building does not have central air conditioning. Portable air conditioning units are provided for your comfort.
Maintenance & Refunds 11. We ensure the space is clean and functioning on arrival. Issues outside our control, like power or internet outages, are not eligible for refunds. For items within our control, we will attempt to fix issues promptly. Guests must notify us immediately of any problems. Guests may be responsible for repair costs due to misuse.
Liability 12. Guests assume full responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. You are encouraged to obtain travel or lodging insurance if desired.
Guest Screening 13. You authorize the property manager to use a third party to screen your identity and confirm your reservation. You may receive an email to complete this process. Check your spam folder and contact the manager with questions.
Rooftop 14. The rooftop is shared space. Please be respectful of others, keep it clean and quiet, and do not bring pets or smoke in this area.
Acknowledgment 15. To confirm that you have read and agree to the house rules, please state “I’ve read your house rules” when inquiring or booking. Most importantly, enjoy your stay and have fun!
